Mr. C Hotel & Residences West Palm Beach is a 27-story pre-construction hotel and residential tower at 320 Lakeview Avenue in downtown West Palm Beach, the first Palm Beach County property for the Cipriani family's Mr. C brand. It is developed by Terra and Sympatico Real Estate, designed by Arquitectonica with interiors by Meyer Davis, and built by KAST Construction. The tower combines 110 hotel suites with 146 branded residences, including turnkey resort residences delivered move-in ready. Residences look out over the Intracoastal Waterway and the downtown skyline. Pricing was reported from about $1.6 million in 2025, and select floors can join the hotel's rental program. Residents share the hotel's services and a resort-style amenity program: a garden-level lap pool with private cabanas, a poolside bar and lounge, a fitness center with yoga, Pilates and Peloton rooms, a spa with steam and sauna, a library, a business lounge and the Little C's outdoor playground, with curated art installations in the shared spaces. The site is on Lakeview Avenue at the southern edge of downtown, close to the Flagler Drive waterfront and the Royal Park Bridge to Palm Beach. The developers closed a $285 million construction loan from TYKO Capital in 2025 and broke ground. By August 2026 the concrete structure had reached about the 16th floor, sales had passed 85 percent, and completion was slated for 2027.
