Nora House

Nora House is a planned 11-story condominium in West Palm Beach's Nora District, the first residential building in the district north of downtown. It is developed by The Ronto Group with the Nora District partners NDT Development, Place Projects and Wheelock Street Capital, designed by Swedroe Architecture with interiors by Lillian Wu Studio and landscape architecture by Design Studio Boca. The building will hold 117 residences in two- to four-bedroom plans. Pricing starts in the high $1 millions, with larger residences reaching about $5 million to $6 million. Planned amenities include two pools, a fitness center, a spa, a bowling alley, a golf simulator and two pickleball courts. Nora House sits in the third, residential phase of the Nora District, across from the district's hotel. The district's first phase of restaurants and shops is open, and its second phase, which includes the hotel, is under construction, giving residents dining and shopping within walking distance. The Ronto Group launched sales in March 2026 from a sales gallery and model residence at 955 North Railroad Avenue, with Douglas Elliman Development Marketing handling sales.
