Shorecrest is a 28-story waterfront condominium by Related Ross at 1865 North Flagler Drive in West Palm Beach, designed by Roger Ferris + Partners with interiors and amenities by Rottet Studio and landscape by DSBoca. It holds 98 residences, four per floor and all water-facing, in two- and three-bedroom plans. Sales launched in February 2024, the developer secured a $157 million construction loan in February 2026, and the project broke ground in April 2026 with completion expected in 2027. Residences are priced from $3.5 million. The site is on the Intracoastal in the North Flagler corridor, where Related Ross and other developers have concentrated West Palm Beach's new waterfront towers. Downtown West Palm Beach, the Brightline station and the Flagler Memorial Bridge to Palm Beach are a few minutes south, and Palm Beach International Airport is about 15 minutes away. Amenities cover 18,355 square feet: a rooftop pool deck with a 75-foot lap pool, hot tub and cold plunge, his-and-hers spas with sauna and steam, wellness programming through a partnership with Equinox, a golf simulator, executive meeting spaces, a game lounge, a private dining room and a residents-only lifestyle director.
