Shorecrest is a 28-story, 306-foot waterfront condominium by Related Ross at 1865 North Flagler Drive in West Palm Beach, on the stretch of Flagler Drive known locally as the Billionaire's Corridor; the official project site also uses 1901 North Flagler Drive. Roger Ferris + Partners designed its curvilinear tower, with interiors and amenities by Rottet Studio and landscape architecture by DSBoca. The building holds 98 residences, no more than four per floor and all facing the water, in two- and three-bedroom plans of about 2,015 to 4,760 square feet. Ceilings in the main rooms are about 10 feet, rising to about 11 feet on the penthouse floor, and residences open to private balconies with views over the Intracoastal, Palm Beach Island and the Atlantic. Amenities cover 18,355 square feet and are curated with Equinox. A rooftop pool deck has a 75-foot lap pool, hot tub and cold plunge, and the building adds his-and-hers spas with separate sauna and steam rooms, a golf simulator, executive meeting spaces, a game lounge, a private dining room and a residents-only lifestyle director. Shorecrest is in the North Flagler corridor alongside Olara and The Ritz-Carlton Residences West Palm Beach. Downtown West Palm Beach, the Brightline station and the Flagler Memorial Bridge to Royal Poinciana Plaza on Palm Beach are a few minutes south, and Palm Beach International Airport is about 15 minutes away. Sales launched in February 2024. Related Ross secured a $157 million construction loan from GoldenTree Asset Management in February 2026 and broke ground on April 3, 2026, with completion anticipated in 2027.
