The Project

Shorecrest launched in February 2024 as a 140-unit tower with one- to four-bedroom plans. By the time it broke ground, Related Ross had re-planned it to 98 larger residences in two- and three-bedroom layouts, with four homes per floor so each gets water frontage. That shift toward fewer, larger units matches what sold at South Flagler House and tells you who the developer expects to buy here.

The site was the former Temple Israel of West Palm Beach, a 1.83-acre parcel on the Intracoastal. Demolition and site work began in February 2026 and the groundbreaking ceremony followed on April 2, 2026.
