Related Ross launched sales at Edgeworth in March 2026 on the strength of a number: more than $500 million of pre-construction sales in a single quarter at its first South Flagler Drive tower, South Flagler House. Edgeworth is the follow-up, on one of the last large waterfront sites on South Flagler.

Edgeworth is two curved 28-story towers at 1155 South Flagler Drive, designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox with interiors by MAWD. It holds 168 residences, including nine penthouses, in one- to five-bedroom plans, and every residence has a private elevator. Pricing runs from $2.5 million to $35.5 million.

Design

KPF, the New York firm behind One Vanderbilt and much of Hudson Yards, designed Edgeworth as a pair of gently curved towers so that the facades bend toward the water. MAWD, the London and New York studio, designed the interiors, as it did for The Standard Residences in Miami. Every residence has a private elevator and a private balcony.

The one-bedroom entry point is notable: South Flagler House has none, and Edgeworth's $2.5 million floor is less than a third of its sibling's. At the top, the nine penthouses reach $35.5 million.
