The Ritz-Carlton Residences, West Palm Beach is a 27-story waterfront condominium under construction at 1717 North Flagler Drive, the first all-residential Ritz-Carlton building in the city, with no hotel. Developed by Related Group and BH Group with Marriott International and designed by Arquitectonica with interiors by Rockwell Group and landscape by Naturalficial, it holds 138 east-facing residences of two to four bedrooms, about 1,530 to 3,330 square feet. Sales launched in March 2024 from $3 million; the project broke ground in February 2026 more than 70 percent presold, backed by a $200 million construction loan, and is scheduled for completion in 2028. Penthouse A went under contract in June 2026 at $16.95 million, a record for North Flagler Drive. The two-acre site is on the Intracoastal in the North Flagler corridor, a few minutes north of downtown West Palm Beach, the Brightline station and the Flagler Memorial Bridge to Palm Beach. Palm Beach International Airport is about 15 minutes away.
