The Ritz-Carlton Residences, West Palm Beach is a 27-story waterfront condominium under construction at 1717 North Flagler Drive, the first all-residential Ritz-Carlton building in the city, with no hotel; the residences site also uses 1745 North Flagler Drive. It is developed by Related Group and BH Group with Marriott International, designed by Arquitectonica with interiors by Rockwell Group and landscape by Naturalficial, on a two-acre Intracoastal site. The building holds 138 residences, every one facing east over the water, in two- to four-bedroom plans of about 1,530 to 3,330 square feet and averaging about 2,500 square feet. Residences have floor-to-ceiling windows and balconies, with Ritz-Carlton residential services. Amenities include a waterfront pool deck with cabanas and full-service dining, a spa with treatment rooms, a fitness and wellness center, a golf simulator and gaming studio, a private screening room, coworking space, a children's room, guest suites, 24-hour concierge and valet, a curated art program from the Jorge M. Pérez Contemporary Art Collection, and membership access to The Cove Club. The site is on the North Flagler corridor alongside Shorecrest and Olara, a few minutes north of downtown West Palm Beach, the Brightline station and the Flagler Memorial Bridge to Palm Beach. Palm Beach International Airport is about 15 minutes away. Sales launched in March 2024 from $3 million. The project broke ground in February 2026 more than 70 percent presold, backed by a $200 million construction loan from Madison Realty Capital, and is scheduled for completion in 2028.
