THE OPPORTUNITY Singer Island oceanfront seasonal inventory is limited, and fully renovated furnished units above 2,000 square feet are rare at any price point. The Martinique II is one of the island's most established full-amenity residential communities; private, gated, and staffed 24 hours. This unit has been updated throughout and presents in move-in condition with no deferred maintenance, no dated finishes, and no logistics left for the tenant. At $9,000/month with WiFi, cable, and water included, the all-in cost positions this well against comparable Singer Island oceanfront rentals. For a winter tenant prioritizing space, privacy, dual water views, and a residential community experience over a hotel or resort alternative, this is a direct answer. The four-month minimum aligns with the peak Palm Beach County season: October through April, when demand is highest, inventory tightens fastest, and this stretch of coast offers its best weather, its fullest cultural calendar, and the most active marine and wildlife activity of the year.
