Bentley Bay · #2011

Bentley Bay is a twin-tower bayfront luxury condominium at 520 and 540 West Avenue in Miami Beach, completed in 2005-2008 with architecture by Arquitectonica and lobby and common-area interiors by Yabu Pushelberg. The Bentley Bay South Beach project rises 24 and 26 stories with two curved glass towers: Bentley Bay North with 87 residences and Bentley Bay South with 80 residences, totaling approximately 167 condominium homes across the 520 and 540 West Avenue addresses. Bentley Bay residences range across one-, two-, and three-bedroom layouts, with nine-foot ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding glass doors, European cabinetry, marble countertops, stainless-steel appliances, marble baths with soaking tubs and glass-enclosed showers, and large private terraces overlooking Biscayne Bay, the Atlantic Ocean, and the downtown Miami skyline. Every Bentley Bay residence features private elevator access and a two-car private garage. The South Beach Bentley Bay 520 West Avenue address sits on the western bayfront edge of South Beach, two blocks north of the new Five Park Canopy Park gateway and ten blocks south of Lincoln Road Mall. Joe's Stone Crab, Macchialina, Pao by Paul Qui, and the Standard Spa Miami Beach are within a five-minute walk of the Bentley Bay entrance, while the Sunset Harbour neighborhood with Pubbelly Sushi, Lucali, and the Miami Beach Citizen sits immediately north. The MacArthur Causeway puts Brickell, the Adrienne Arsht Center, and PAMM Miami fifteen minutes west. Residents at the Bentley Bay South Beach towers access an infinity-edge lap pool in a garden setting, two additional rooftop pools, an open-air party pavilion, a residents' spa and fitness center, a private two-car garage per condo, marina access, and 24-hour concierge, valet, and security. The Bentley Bay 520 540 West Avenue amenity program also includes a commissioned art installation by Miami-based artist Jose Bedia in the lobby, the Yabu Pushelberg-designed common areas, and direct boardwalk access to the Belle Isle Park and the Venetian Causeway. Combined with Arquitectonica's signature curved-glass envelope, the Bentley Bay South Beach property remains one of the most architecturally distinct bayfront twin-tower properties in Miami Beach.
