Hamptons South · #1009

Hamptons South is a 28-story condominium tower at 20201 E Country Club Drive in Aventura, completed in 2004 by Boca Developers. The building holds approximately 250 residences ranging from two-bedroom layouts up to six-bedroom configurations and full-floor penthouses on the upper levels. Floor plans run from roughly 1,600 to over 5,000 square feet, with private elevator foyers in most lines, 9- to 10-foot ceilings, floor-to-ceiling glass, and deep wraparound terraces. Units face east toward the Atlantic Ocean and Sunny Isles, west across the Turnberry Isle golf course, or north and south along the Intracoastal Waterway. Many residences have been renovated with porcelain or stone flooring, open kitchens, and updated baths over the past decade. The Hamptons South site anchors the gated Country Club Drive corridor in Aventura, a 3.5-mile guard-gated loop that wraps the Turnberry Isle golf complex and serves as one of South Florida's most-used walking, running, and cycling routes. Aventura Mall, the country's seventh-largest shopping center at 2.4 million square feet, sits roughly a mile west; the Aventura Brightline station offers direct rail service to Downtown Miami, Fort Lauderdale, and Orlando; and Don Soffer Aventura High School, Whole Foods, and Aventura Hospital are all within a one-mile radius. Bal Harbour Shops sits fifteen minutes south on Collins Avenue, Sunny Isles Beach and the Atlantic beaches are five minutes east across the William Lehman Causeway, and the Village at Gulfstream Park in Hallandale Beach is a short drive north. Residents of Hamptons South share four lighted Har-Tru tennis courts, a heated waterfront pool with cabanas and sundeck, a fitness center with sauna and steam rooms, an on-site restaurant, a children's playroom, a clubroom, a business center, and a private marina with deepwater boat slip availability. The Hamptons South complex also runs a beach shuttle to its affiliated cabana on the Sunny Isles oceanfront, and the Country Club Drive jogging path begins steps from the lobby. Service includes 24-hour valet, 24-hour security, concierge, and on-site management, plus covered garage parking and guest parking.
