Additional highlights include hurricane-impact windows and doors, an attached garage, and rare attic storage, an exceptional luxury seldom found in condominium living. Nestled among lush tropical courtyards, Lanikai Villas is one of Delray Beach's most charming boutique beachfront communities, offering private beach access, a heated pool, clubhouse, and cabana with a full kitchen overlooking beautifully landscaped grounds. Recent community improvements include newly replaced roofs, and because the community consists of only two-story buildings, it is exempt from Florida's structural reserve requirements under Florida HB-1021. Whether you're searching for a full-time residence or an elegant lock-and-leave tropical pied-à-terre, this exceptional turnkey villa offers an unparalleled coastal lifestyle in one of Delray Beach's most sought-after seaside communities.
