The 100 Las Olas building holds 113 luxury condominium residences on its upper floors above a 238-key Hyatt Centric hotel, a lobby-level restaurant and bar with indoor and outdoor seating, a ballroom and meeting space program, and 8,500 square feet of street-level retail. The tower is the tallest building in Fort Lauderdale and the first downtown condominium project with a full-service hotel component delivered in roughly a decade.
