The St. Regis Resort & Residences, Bahia Mar is a pre-construction condominium and hotel project at 801 Seabreeze Boulevard in Fort Lauderdale, on the roughly 40-acre Bahia Mar site between the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway that is home to the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show. Related Group is behind the project with Tate Capital and Rok Acquisitions, and the St. Regis name is used under license from Marriott. Arquitectonica is the design architect, Tara Bernerd & Partners designed the interiors and EDSA is the landscape architect. Douglas Elliman Development Marketing handles sales from a gallery at 611 Seabreeze Boulevard. Phase 1 has three towers. Two 23-story, 270-foot Private Residences towers hold 80 homes each, according to the developer's site, in three- and four-bedroom layouts of about 2,600 to 3,550 square feet plus penthouses. A 24-story Resort Tower holds the St. Regis hotel and the Resort Collection: 106 fully furnished one- to three-bedroom residences of 1,160 to 2,737 square feet, plus two duplex penthouses. As of October 2026, Private Residences start at $4.9 million and Resort Residences at $3 million. Each private tower has about 35,000 square feet of amenities, including a pool deck with cabanas, a sauna, steam room and hot and cold plunge pools, a spa treatment suite, a pickleball court and an indoor-outdoor fitness center. Private Residences owners also get the one-acre Bahia Mar Club, with tennis and padel courts and a two-lane lap pool. The resort tower adds 44,000 square feet of amenities, and the St. Regis Beach Club is reached by a private footbridge. A third-party marina offers 250 deepwater slips for yachts up to 350 feet, leased separately. The city commission approved the redevelopment plan on June 6, 2023, and sales launched on October 30, 2024. The sales gallery opened in June 2025, and the October 2026 announcement says construction is expected to begin in 2027, with delivery anticipated in 2030.
