Tower 155 is a 12-story condominium at 155 East Boca Raton Road in downtown Boca Raton, completed in 2020. Compson Associates developed it, Kaufman Lynn Construction built it and Vander Ploeg and Associates designed it; its lobby was designed by Steven G. Residences range from one-bedroom homes of about 750 square feet to residences of about 3,000 square feet, including units that buyers combined during sales. Amenities include a resort-style pool with private cabanas and a hot tub, a ninth-floor rooftop sundeck with grills and a bar area overlooking Mizner Park, a fitness center, a sauna and a steam room. The building also has a salon, a game room, a business lounge and smart-building technology, with 24-hour concierge and valet service. Tower 155 sits a short walk from Mizner Park's shops, restaurants and amphitheater, and from Royal Palm Place, with the beach a short drive east. Pricing at the 2015 launch ran from about $565,000 to $2 million. In October 2023 the condominium association sued the developer, contractor, architect and other firms over alleged water intrusion and corrosion; the defendants deny the claims. Buyers should ask about the case and any special assessment. Request current availability and recent sales through the building page.
