The Bal Harbour Tower building delivers 116 large-format residences in ten different floor plan configurations, with two- to four-bedroom homes ranging from 3,520 square feet to over 5,000 square feet of interior living space. Each home at the 9999 Collins Bal Harbour Tower features a private elevator entry into the residence, a separate staff entrance with a unique electronic key for maximum privacy, marble and hardwood flooring, marble baths with designer fixtures and marble tubs and sinks, spacious walk-in closets, and pre-wired multi-line communications throughout. The Bal Harbour Tower 9999 Collins address remains one of the largest floor-plate inventories in the entire Bal Harbour Village market. The Bal Harbour Tower address sits at the northern end of Bal Harbour Village immediately adjacent to Bal Harbour Shops, the open-air luxury center anchored by Saks Fifth Avenue, Neiman Marcus, Hermes, Chanel, Dior, Le Zoo, and Carpaccio. The St. Regis Bal Harbour Resort and the Bal Harbour Beach Path run along the property's southern edge, connecting walkers and joggers from 96th Street north past Surfside's nine-acre beachfront and on toward the Sunny Isles Collins Avenue corridor. The Surf Club Four Seasons sits four blocks south in Surfside, and Bay Harbor Islands' Kane Concourse restaurant strip and the K-8 school are five minutes inland across the 96th Street bridge. Aventura Mall and the Brightline Aventura station sit ten minutes north. Residents of Bal Harbour Tower access a heated Olympic-sized oceanfront pool with private cabanas and a Jacuzzi staffed by the BHT Beach Club, lighted tennis courts, a 2,500-square-foot party room seating over 100 with full bar and kitchen for private events, an on-site restaurant and poolside cafe, a fully equipped fitness center with a Pilates studio, a full spa with men's and women's saunas and hydro-massagers, a beauty salon, and private massage rooms.
