Melia Miami Brickell is the first U.S. branded residences project from Melia Hotels International, the Spanish hospitality group operating roughly 350 hotels worldwide. The 8-story boutique condo-hotel sits at 1136 SW 3rd Avenue in Brickell on a site formerly known as Visions at Brickell Station. Urban Network Capital Group (UNCG) is the developer, DTI Architects handled architecture, Concepto led interior design, and T&G Constructors is the builder. The Melia Brickell program holds 110 fully furnished residences in studio, junior suite, and one-bedroom layouts, all designed for short-term rental flexibility under the Melia hospitality operating platform. The project is registered with the U.S. Green Building Council and is pursuing LEED Silver certification. The Melia address sits on the western edge of the Brickell grid, three blocks from Brickell City Centre, four blocks from Mary Brickell Village, and a short walk to the Brickell Metrorail and MiamiCentral Brightline stations along the rail corridor. The Miami River and Brickell Bridge sit five blocks north, with Brickell Avenue and Brickell Key five blocks east. The Underline park runs along South Miami Avenue under the elevated Metromover, and Simpson Park is three blocks west. Both Brickell City Centre's Saks Fifth Avenue and CMX Cinemas and the restaurants along Mary Brickell Village are accessible without a car, and Bayfront Park, the KASEYA Center, and Bayside Marketplace sit across the Brickell Bridge in Downtown. Residence interiors at Melia Brickell carry the project's biohacking framework across all 110 homes, with circadian lighting that shifts color temperature through the day, probiotic diffusers, non-toxic wall coverings, grounding mattress pads, and vitamin C shower filters. The Melia Residences amenity program features a rooftop infinity pool with skyline views, a rooftop panoramic jacuzzi, a dedicated biohacking space with Brain Tap therapy and cold plunges, an indoor fitness center with interactive equipment, a restaurant and bar with outdoor terrace, a business center, and a bike-sharing program. Hospitality services include 24-hour concierge, daily housekeeping, room service, valet parking, and shuttle transportation under the Melia operating standard, marking the brand's first branded residences project in the United States.
