Reach Brickell City Centre

Reach Brickell City Centre is a 43-story LEED Gold condominium tower at 68 SE 6th Street in the heart of Brickell, completed in November 2016 by Swire Properties as the residential anchor of the 9-acre, three-block, $1.05 billion Brickell City Centre mixed-use master plan. Arquitectonica designed the tower with landscape by Arquitectonica GEO, and Richardson Sadeki (Clarissa Richardson and Heidar Sadeki) shaped the lobbies, porte-cochere, and amenity spaces, an interior program that subsequently earned an Interior Design award. Reach holds 390 residences across one- to four-bedroom plans from approximately 810 to 4,346 square feet, with ceilings from 9-foot-4 in standard homes to 11-foot-4 in upper-floor residences and seven penthouses with 12-foot-4 ceilings. The tower is woven into Brickell City Centre via the $30 million Climate Ribbon, a 150,000-square-foot elevated trellis spanning three blocks that shades the open-air retail levels, channels Biscayne Bay sea breezes, and harvests rainwater for reuse. Reach connects directly to the 500,000-square-foot Brickell City Centre mall with Saks Fifth Avenue, Apple, CMX Cinemas, and a deep dining roster, plus integration with EAST Miami hotel services and the Brickell City Centre Metromover station. Mary Brickell Village, the Miami Riverwalk, Bayfront Park, Bayside Marketplace, Maurice A. Ferre Park, the Kaseya Center, Wynwood, and South Beach all sit within minutes. Reach Brickell City Centre residences open through floor-to-ceiling sliding glass to deep terraces, with Italkraft cabinetry, Bosch appliances, and downtown or bay orientations from the upper floors. The half-acre 9th-floor amenity deck holds a heated lap pool, a heated social pool, hot tubs, BBQ grills, outdoor fitness areas, tropical gardens, and a kids' play area. Indoor amenities include a full-service spa with hammam, dipping pools, showers, and steam, a tea lounge, a library, a social lounge with screening room, a cafe, a fitness center, a children's playroom, and a business center, all served by 24-hour concierge and valet through the building's dedicated porte-cochere.
