One Hollywood Residences

One Hollywood Residences is a planned 23-story condominium tower at 1817 Taylor Street in downtown Hollywood, on the west side of Federal Highway within walking distance of ArtsPark at Young Circle. The project was first announced as Star Tower Hollywood. Star Developers Group, led by managing director Alejandro Ensinck, is the developer. BC Architects designed the building, Adriana Hoyos Design Studio is handling interiors and Keith Engineering Landscape is the landscape architect. Fortune Development Sales runs sales from a gallery at 1939 Hollywood Boulevard. The tower is planned with 248 residences, from studios to three-bedroom homes with a den, in 11 floor plans. Residences range from 517 to 1,425 square feet, with terraces of 54 to 406 square feet. Homes are delivered move-in ready with floor-to-ceiling windows, glass-railed balconies, European-style kitchens with quartz countertops, dual bathroom vanities, a washer and dryer and prewired smart home technology. The ground floor adds two retail spaces totaling about 7,000 square feet along Federal Highway, plus a porte-cochere drop-off with valet parking. Shared spaces include a resort-style pool and spa with cabanas, an outdoor barbecue area, a fitness center with a yoga studio, a sauna and treatment room, co-working spaces, a clubroom with a private event kitchen, and a kids club with a playground. A rooftop lounge adds a viewing deck, a bar, a summer kitchen and private event space. The building is pet-friendly, and buyers get a beach club membership for one year after closing. Star's affiliate bought the vacant 35,516-square-foot site for $6.7 million in 2022. Sales launched in June 2024, and the sales gallery opened in April 2025. Groundbreaking was targeted for 2025, but no start has been reported, and the site was still vacant land on the 2026 county roll. Launch reports in 2024 put starting prices in the low $400,000s; in November 2026 the developer's website quoted prices from the mid-$400,000s. Owners may rent for a minimum of 30 days, up to 12 times a year, the sales director said in 2024.
