HUB Miami is a 41-story, 523-foot mixed-use tower at 525 NW 2nd Avenue in Downtown Miami, developed by The John Buck Company together with Florida Value Partners, BH Group, and PEBB Enterprises. ODP Architects designed the building, which combines 306 condominium residences with 245,000 square feet of Class A office space and roughly 7,000 square feet of ground-floor retail above a six-story integrated parking podium for a total of approximately 727,726 square feet. Studio and one- and two-bedroom layouts run from 394 to 1,048 square feet, with pricing from approximately $615,000 to $1.3 million. HUB Miami Residences are approved for short-term rentals with no minimum-stay restriction. Completion is targeted for 2027. The HUB Miami site sits one block from Brightline MiamiCentral station, putting Fort Lauderdale, West Palm Beach, and Orlando within direct rail reach without a transfer, and the Government Center Metromover and Metrorail stations are walkable.
