Okan Tower is a 70-story, 902-foot supertall mixed-use building at 555 North Miami Avenue in Downtown Miami, developed by Turkish developer Okan Group and designed by Behar Font & Partners. The tulip-inspired curved glass facade gives Okan a distinctive crown that informs the modulation of the rest of the tower, making it one of the more recognizable projects on the downtown skyline. Okan Tower will combine 163 Sky Residences on the upper floors, 236 condo-hotel units managed by Hilton Hotels & Resorts, a 316-key Hilton Miami Bayfront Hotel, more than 60,000 square feet of Class A office space, and over 80,000 square feet of amenities. Construction passed the 50th floor in 2026 with delivery targeted for 2027. The Okan Tower site sits at the seam between Downtown Miami and the Arts & Entertainment District, three blocks from Miami Worldcenter and the Brightline MiamiCentral station, with Bayfront Park, Bayside Marketplace, and the KASEYA Center within a short walk. The Metromover College/Bayside station is one block from the lobby, and the PAMM and Frost Science waterfront museums are minutes away. North Miami Avenue has been redeveloping rapidly around the tower, with Miami Worldcenter to the east and the AC Hotel and Citizen M cluster to the south. Sky Residence owners at Okan Tower receive a dedicated amenity program separated from the hotel and condo-hotel floors.
