Okan Tower is a 902-foot mixed-use supertall under construction at 555 North Miami Avenue in Downtown Miami, developed by Okan Group, led by chairman Bekir Okan, and designed by Behar Font & Partners. Its sculpted glass facade rises to a crown inspired by the tulip. Ground broke in June 2022, the master construction permit was issued in 2025, and in April 2026 the developer reported 50 floors in place, about 75 percent of the structure, with the top-off anticipated that August. Okan Group secured $200 million in C-PACE financing in January 2026, and delivery is targeted for 2027. The tower combines a 316-key Hilton Miami Bayfront Hotel, 236 condo-hotel residences managed by Hilton Hotels & Resorts, 163 Sky Residences and about 64,000 square feet of Class A office space. The South Florida Sun Sentinel reported in December 2025 that the condo-hotel residences occupy floors 36 to 50, run from about 450 to 1,060 square feet and start at $750,000, while the Sky Residences occupy floors 51 to 68, run from about 695 to 2,075 square feet and start at $1.25 million. The developer said in January 2026 that the tower was 62 percent sold. Fortune Development Sales handles sales from a gallery at 542 North Miami Avenue. More than 80,000 square feet of amenities are planned. The developer lists 24-hour reception and concierge, a rooftop pool and sky deck with private cabanas, a 12th-floor lap pool with a clubroom and indoor-outdoor lounge, a Turkish hammam with sauna, steam rooms and treatment areas, a fitness center and yoga studio, a technology theater, a wine cellar, an owner's lounge and a children's sensory playroom. The site sits near Miami Worldcenter, the Kaseya Center, the Frost Museum of Science, the Adrienne Arsht Center and the Freedom Tower.
