HQ Residences Miami is a 35-story, 229-unit condominium tower planned for 422 NE 29th Street in Edgewater, a partnership between Black Salmon, The Boschetti Group, and Constellation Group with hospitality programming by HQ Hotels & Residences by sbe. The Edgewater block faces a wave of new construction including ELLE Residences, EDITION Residences, Cove Miami, and Edge House, which are reshaping the neighborhood into one of Miami's densest residential build-outs along the Biscayne Bay corridor. Margaret Pace Park sits four blocks south for waterfront tennis courts and dog runs.
