Rosewood Residences Hillsboro Beach is a 92-residence community on about 12 acres running from the ocean to the Intracoastal at 1180 Hillsboro Mile, the first hospitality-branded condominium in Hillsboro Beach. Developed by Related Group and Dezer Development with Rosewood Hotels & Resorts and designed by Arquitectonica with interiors by Studio Piet Boon, it pairs a 10-story oceanfront tower of 70 beachfront residences with a three-story Intracoastal building of 22 coastal residences, including 13 penthouses. Homes run about 2,800 to 6,400 square feet and are priced from $5.95 million. Sales launched in April 2023, the project broke ground in December 2024 more than half under contract, topped off in February 2026, and is scheduled for completion in early 2027. It is Rosewood branded with no hotel; Rosewood manages the amenities and services. Hillsboro Mile is the stretch of A1A known as Millionaire's Mile, a barrier-island town of oceanfront estates between Pompano Beach and Deerfield Beach, about 20 minutes north of Fort Lauderdale Beach and 20 minutes from Boca Raton. The site has about 600 feet of frontage on both the ocean and the Intracoastal. About 37,000 square feet of amenities include an oceanfront sunrise pool and an Intracoastal sunset pool, a private attended beach, a private marina, an indoor-outdoor wellness center with spa, saunas, hammam and cold plunge, two fitness centers, tennis, paddle, pickleball and bocce courts, dining venues and a cocktail lounge, a cafe, a game room, a multi-sport simulator, guest suites, a dog park, and concierge, butler and 24-hour security.
