Hillsboro Mile is the stretch of A1A between Pompano Beach and Deerfield Beach where oceanfront estates have one side on the Atlantic and the other on the Intracoastal. It has never had a branded condominium. Rosewood Residences Hillsboro Beach is the first, on about 12 acres that run from the beach to the waterway, and it topped off in February 2026.

Developed by Related Group and Dezer Development with Rosewood Hotels & Resorts and designed by Arquitectonica with interiors by Studio Piet Boon, the project pairs a 10-story oceanfront tower of 70 beachfront residences with a three-story Intracoastal building of 22 coastal residences, 92 homes in all including 13 penthouses. Homes run about 2,800 to 6,400 square feet and are priced from $5.95 million. Delivery is scheduled for early 2027.

Ocean on One Side, Intracoastal on the Other

The site is what sets the project apart. Hillsboro Mile parcels that span both the ocean and the Intracoastal are the reason the road is called Millionaire's Mile, and this one is large enough for two pools facing opposite waters, a private attended beach on the Atlantic and a private marina on the waterway.

The oceanfront tower holds the 70 beachfront residences and six of the penthouses; the three-story building on the Intracoastal holds the 22 coastal residences and the other seven penthouses, closer to the marina.

Hillsboro Beach is a small barrier-island town with no commercial district of its own; the appeal is privacy and water on both sides.
