Eturna Beachside Residences, also called Eturna Residences, is a seven-story boutique condominium under construction at 3319 N Ocean Drive on Hollywood Beach, on the ocean side of A1A. Condra Property Group, led by Mark Drachman and Allen Konstam, is developing the project with Hansford Boca LLC, and Husein Sonara of Hansford Boca is the construction manager. Hollywood-based Kaller Architecture designed the building. The building holds 36 residences with one to four bedrooms, made up of 26 condominium homes and 10 villas. Residences listed by the sales team in 2026 ranged from an 883-square-foot one-bedroom to Villa TH9, a two-story, four-bedroom home of 2,759 square feet. Living areas have 10-foot ceilings, floor-to-ceiling impact windows and private balconies. Kitchens use travertine waterfall countertops and Fisher & Paykel appliances. Residents park in assigned, covered spaces in a garage under the building. The developer specifies ultra-high performance concrete construction, and the two-story villas add frameless glass balconies and internal staircases. A heated pool and spa sit on the level 3 deck facing the Intracoastal Waterway. The building also has a fitness center, a sauna and cold plunge, a wood-paneled double-height lobby with a front desk, and private beach service with chairs, umbrellas and towels. EV charging, bike storage and a gated entrance round out the services, and the building is pet-friendly. The site is steps from the sand and the Hollywood Beach Broadwalk, which the sales team put about 10 minutes from Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport. Construction was underway by June 2025. In July 2025 Condra closed a $40 million construction loan from S3 Capital, with 14 of the 36 residences presold. Delivery targets in early and mid-2026 have passed, and listings in October 2026 still described the building as under construction.
