The 42 Pine site sits on a 0.8-acre non-waterfront parcel two blocks west of Indian Creek waterway, deliberately scaled as a low-density building inside one of Mid-Beach's most established residential pockets near Pine Tree Drive and the Nautilus neighborhood.
