Continuum Club & Residences is a planned 32-story bayfront tower at 1755 79th Street Causeway, the second project from the Continuum Company brand that built the original South-of-Fifth Continuum on South Beach. Ian Bruce Eichner's Continuum Company, in partnership with Aksoy Holdings, broke ground in April 2025, with completion targeted for early 2028. Arquitectonica is the architect of record, with interiors by Durukan Design and landscape by Martha Schwartz Partners. The site covers about 5.4 acres on Harbor Island in North Bay Village with full Biscayne Bay frontage.
