7200 Collins

7200 Collins is a 12-story condominium under construction at the corner of Collins Avenue and 72nd Street in Miami Beach's North Beach neighborhood, across the street from the beach. Northlink Capital is developing the 222-residence building. Revuelta Architecture International designed it, Adriana Hoyos Design Studio did the interiors and Ortega Construction Co. is the general contractor. The groundbreaking was held on March 11, 2026, and completion is targeted for the end of 2027. In July 2026 Northlink closed an $85 million Deutsche Bank construction loan with about 96 percent of the units under contract. Residences come fully furnished in junior one-bedroom, one-bedroom, one-bedroom-plus-den and two-bedroom-plus-den layouts of roughly 375 to 1,188 square feet, each with a private balcony or terrace. Finishes include Italkraft custom cabinetry, slab countertops with matching kitchen backsplashes, Bosch appliances with in-unit washers and dryers, and Grohe fixtures. Prices started at $600,000 at the 2025 launch, a later developer release cited a $550,000 starting price, and reported average pricing landed in the $860,000s. The amenities are spread over three levels. The third-floor 7200 Club has a resort pool, a fitness center, library and owners' lounges, gardens, a barbecue and dining terrace, and a yoga and meditation terrace. An eighth-floor sun deck adds a second pool and a self-service bar, and the rooftop Vista Terrace has an outdoor cinema, a game terrace and an indoor game lounge. At street level are a lobby lounge, the 7200 Collins Beach Club, valet parking under a porte-cochere and ground-floor retail. The developer markets the building as short-term rental friendly, with linen chutes, housekeeping closets and a service elevator planned to support rentals. The site sits in the North Beach Town Center district, steps from the North Beach Bandshell and the Ocean Terrace dining strip, with the 71st Street commercial corridor a short walk inland. With most of the building already under contract, buyers will mostly find resales or assignments.
