Hyde Midtown · #2014

Hyde Midtown is a condo-hotel tower at 3401 NE 1st Avenue in Midtown Miami, completed in 2018 by The Related Group and Dezer Development with architecture by Arquitectonica and interiors by David Rockwell. The 32-story building combines 410 condominium residences with 60 hotel suites operated under the Hyde brand, giving owners access to the full Hyde hospitality program inside their own building. Floor plans run from junior one-bedrooms up through three-bedroom layouts, with floor-to-ceiling glass, open kitchens, and balconies on each unit. The Hyde brand, originally launched by SBE Entertainment, anchors the building's lifestyle program with curated events, dining, and pool programming that Hyde Midtown owners can opt into on a per-use basis. The Hyde Midtown site sits in the middle of Midtown Miami at the corner of NE 1st Avenue and NE 34th Street, a short walk from Midtown Miami's shopping district and a few blocks from Wynwood and the Design District. The Midtown Walmart, Marshalls, Sephora, Trader Joe's, and the row of restaurants along NE 1st Avenue and 36th Street are all within walking distance, and the Design District's Hermes, Dior, and Louis Vuitton flagships are about ten minutes on foot to the north. Biscayne Boulevard and I-195 connect the building east to Miami Beach and west to I-95 in minutes, and the building sits one block from the Wynwood NW 36th Street corridor where Goldman Properties' galleries and street-art murals draw weekend foot traffic. The Hyde Midtown amenity program is built around the dual condo-hotel format: a rooftop pool deck with cabanas and a sunset lounge, a second-level resort pool, a full-service spa and fitness center, a residents' lounge with billiards and games, a cigar lounge, a wine cellar, and a Hyde-branded ground-floor restaurant and bar. Hotel-grade services include 24-hour concierge, valet, in-residence dining, and housekeeping packages available to owners. Hyde Midtown is one of the more amenity-heavy condo-hotel buildings in the Midtown-Edgewater corridor, and the building also includes a short-term rental program that lets owners opt their units into the Hyde reservation system when not in residence.
