The University of Miami campus sits ten blocks south of the parcel, and the Biltmore Hotel is roughly a mile west across the Granada Golf Course. The Coral Gables Trolley runs along Ponce de Leon, and the Douglas Road Metrorail station sits about eight blocks east on US-1.
