One Ocean sits at 1 Collins Avenue on the southernmost block of South of Fifth, where Government Cut meets the Atlantic at the foot of South Pointe Park. Joe's Stone Crab, Prime 112, Milos, and the SoFi restaurant cluster on Washington and Ocean Drive sit within two blocks, while the South Beach Marina, the Continuum bay walk, and the Murano towers are around the corner along Alton. The Mandarin Oriental Brickell Key is roughly 10 minutes west via the MacArthur Causeway, and the Fisher Island ferry terminal sits a half mile west at Terminal Island. MacArthur Causeway access on Fifth Street puts Brickell City Centre, Mary Brickell Village, and PAMM within a 12-minute drive, and Lummus Park and the Art Deco District begin at Fifth and Ocean two blocks north of the building.
