The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Fort Lauderdale Beach is a boutique two-tower condominium planned for 551 Bayshore Drive, on the Intracoastal between the beach and the waterway in Fort Lauderdale's beach district. Developed by MICL of Mumbai and Miami-based Admire Capital and designed by Garcia Stromberg with interiors by Dan Fink Studio, the 13-story towers hold 83 residences of two and three bedrooms with dens, about 1,550 to 3,480 square feet, including six penthouses with ceilings to 11 feet and select rooftop terraces and plunge pools. It is Ritz-Carlton branded with no hotel, and is a separate project from the Ritz-Carlton hotel tower on Fort Lauderdale Beach Boulevard. Sales opened in March 2026 from $2.5 million at announcement and about $3.4 million by mid-2026. The site, with more than 400 feet of Intracoastal frontage, is the former EDITION Residences parcel, a block from the beach and A1A, with the Bonnet House, the beachfront restaurants and the Galleria mall nearby. Las Olas and downtown are about 10 minutes, and the airport about 20 minutes. Amenities include a 75-foot lap pool and a separate leisure pool, private cabanas, an outdoor bar pavilion, landscaped gardens, dock slips on the Intracoastal, a residents' lounge with catering kitchen, a screening room, a multi-sport simulator, a conference room, a fitness and wellness center, a hammam, a children's playroom, and 24-hour valet and concierge from an on-site Ritz-Carlton team.
