La Gorce Palace is a 34-story, 208-unit oceanfront condominium completed in 1995 at 6301 Collins Avenue in the Mid-Beach corridor of Miami Beach. (Note: this building is grouped under the Brickell slug in this directory, but La Gorce Palace physically sits on the Atlantic Ocean in Miami Beach 33141, just north of the La Gorce Country Club and several miles from Brickell Avenue.) The La Gorce Palace tower was developed by Groupe Pacific and designed by architect Kobi Karp, with interiors by Brazilian design house Artefacto. La Gorce Palace residences are arranged as one-, two-, and three-bedroom layouts running roughly 940 to 1,700 interior square feet, with 9-foot ceilings, floor-to-ceiling impact glass, marble bathroom floors, double vanities, Roman tubs with separate showers, European-style kitchens with granite counters, in-unit washers and dryers, and private balconies with glass railings overlooking the Atlantic.
