With vertical construction now well underway, Olara introduces a first-of-its-kind luxury waterfront lifestyle along North Flagler Promenade. Thoughtfully designed 2- to 4-bedroom plus den residences by Gabellini Sheppard showcase refined finishes, floor-to-ceiling windows, and sweeping views of the Intracoastal and Atlantic Ocean. Centered on health, wellness, and five-star service, Olara features two acres of world-class amenities, multiple pools, daily fitness and Pilates classes, a Wright Fit training center, and dining by the world-renowned Jose Andres Group. Managed by ARCH Amenities, creators of Baccarat Residences, this 26-story resort-style sanctuary delivers full-service living one mile form Palm Beach Island with a full-building generator and low HOA fees.
Olara is a 26-story condominium tower at 1919 North Flagler Drive in West Palm Beach, on the Intracoastal Waterway about two miles north of downtown. New York-based Savanna is the developer, with architecture by Arquitectonica, interiors and amenity design by Gabellini Sheppard Associates, landscape architecture by EDSA and construction by Gilbane and SavCon. The waterfront site, which also carries the address 1911 North Flagler Drive, includes a separate rental tower. The condominium holds 275 residences in two- to four-bedroom-plus-den plans of about 1,500 to more than 4,200 square feet, with floor-to-ceiling windows, private terraces and freestanding soaking tubs. Amenities cover more than 80,000 square feet. Fitness takes 13,000 square feet indoors and out, with an open-air yoga deck, turf lanes, a Pilates studio and an energy studio. A regeneration spa managed by Arch Amenities has a Japanese-style onsen, cold plunge, vitality pools, experience showers and meditation rooms, with medical services through Sollis Health. Residents also have an Olympic-size lap pool, a leisure pool, a game room, a multi-sport simulator, co-working space and a waterfront veranda. A 192-foot private marina extends into the Intracoastal with dedicated slips and a seafaring concierge, and José Andrés Group is opening its first Palm Beaches restaurant on the waterfront, with in-residence dining for owners. The 100,000-square-foot podium includes a full-building generator and electric-vehicle chargers. Olara shares the North Flagler waterfront with Shorecrest and The Ritz-Carlton Residences West Palm Beach, with downtown, the Brightline station and the bridges to Palm Beach a short drive south. Savanna held a groundbreaking ceremony in March 2024, closed a $380 million construction loan in March 2025 and began vertical construction in December 2025, with completion scheduled for 2028. Pricing started at $1.7 million as of December 2025, and Douglas Elliman Development Marketing handles sales. Request floor plans and pricing through the building page.
