Waterview Towers · #1701

Waterview Towers is a 27-story condominium at 400 North Flagler Drive in downtown West Palm Beach, directly on the Intracoastal Waterway beside Palm Harbor Marina and just south of the Flagler Memorial Bridge to Palm Beach. Completed in 1981, the building stands on waterfront land the City of West Palm Beach leased in the 1970s for a 132-unit condominium and an adjacent marina. The building holds 132 residences, with two- to four-bedroom layouts of roughly 1,700 to more than 2,600 square feet under air; recent listings range from about 1,800 to 2,900 square feet. Residences face the Intracoastal and the yachts of Palm Harbor Marina, and many have been renovated with impact windows and doors and updated kitchens and baths. Amenities include a heated pool and sundeck overlooking the marina, a clubhouse, a fitness center, and lighted tennis and pickleball courts. Residents have 24-hour security with doormen and concierge, assigned underground parking and valet service. The association has completed a multi-year series of building improvements, including new elevators, a new fitness area, a new roof and impact glass in the lobby. The marina next door was expanded in 2009 to accommodate larger yachts, and downtown West Palm Beach and Royal Poinciana Plaza across the bridge are close by. Recent sales have ranged from about $2.75 million to $5.5 million. Request current resale availability and recent sales through the building page.
