Glass House Boca Raton is a boutique pre-construction condominium at 280 East Palmetto Park Road in downtown Boca Raton, on a 0.62-acre site that formerly held a Bank of America building. It is developed by 280 E Palmetto Park Road LLC, led by Brandon Chasen and Paul Davis of Chasen Companies, with architecture by GarciaStromberg, interiors by Wade Hallock of Hallock Design Group and landscape by AGTLAND. The building has nine residential floors topped by a rooftop amenity level, with 28 residences of two to four bedrooms and about 2,500 to 3,900 square feet. Each floor holds three or four residences, and buyers can combine units to create half-floor or full-floor homes. The rooftop deck holds a pool, a jacuzzi, a catering kitchen, a fire pit and entertaining space. On the ground floor, a fitness center with outdoor turf lanes, an infrared sauna, a steam room, a plunge pool and the Palmetto Lounge round out the amenities. Palmetto Park Road connects downtown Boca Raton with the beach, and the building is a short walk from Mizner Park and Royal Palm Place. The developer bought the site for $9.75 million, closed a $70 million construction loan from Maxim Capital and began construction in 2025, with completion expected in late 2027.
