B Residences by Breitling

B Residences by Breitling, also called B Residences Miami, is a planned pre-construction condo tower of roughly 70 stories at 11 SW 7th Street in Brickell, Miami. It is the flagship of B Residences, a new Breitling-branded residential line. Partners Group, the Swiss investment firm that owns Breitling on behalf of its clients, announced the project on June 26, 2026. Empira Group, which Partners Group acquired in 2025, is developing the tower, and Arquitectonica is the architect. Partners Group plans to invest about $220 million. The published program calls for more than 300 for-sale condominium residences on a site of just over one acre. Several penthouses are planned with double-height living areas and private pools. The developer has not released a unit mix, residence sizes, floor plans or pricing. A height filing with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) for 11 SW 7th Street lists a structure height of 917 feet above ground. That is just short of the 984-foot (300-meter) supertall mark. Arquitectonica's renderings show a slender tower with floor-to-ceiling glass, continuous rounded balconies and bronze-toned framing. The tower rises from a curved, bronze-clad podium topped with landscaped amenity terraces. The centerpiece amenity is the B Social Club, a 45,000-square-foot residents' club on two levels with indoor and outdoor space. Rooftop pools, a private fitness center and concierge services are also planned, and Partners Group describes the residences as offering city and ocean views. The site is on SW 7th Street, just west of South Miami Avenue in the Brickell Financial District. Brickell City Centre's shops and restaurants and the Brickell Metromover loop are within walking distance. Partners Group expects construction to begin in late 2028 and is targeting completion in 2031. Sales have not opened.
