ORA by Casa Tua is a 76-story tower under development at 1210 Brickell Avenue, planned to rise roughly 930 feet on the southern end of Brickell's main avenue. Fortune International Group is developing the project with the Casa Tua hospitality team, Arquitectonica handled the architecture, and Milan-based m2atelier curated the interiors. The ORA by Casa Tua program delivers 540 fully finished and furnished residences zoned for short-term rental with a three-night minimum, along with about 53,800 square feet of office space and 24,260 square feet of retail wrapped into the podium. Floor plans run from studios near 487 square feet to four-bedroom layouts approaching 2,302 square feet, and reported pricing has spanned roughly $800,000 to north of $2.5 million for upper-floor homes. Delivery is targeted for 2028. The Brickell Avenue site puts ORA by Casa Tua between Mary Brickell Village and Brickell City Centre, with the Brickell Metromover station, Simpson Park, and the Brickell Avenue waterfront walk inside an easy stroll. Restaurants along Brickell, the financial-district office cluster, and the Miami River dining row at Garcia's and Seaspice are minutes north, while the Rickenbacker Causeway and Key Biscayne lie a short drive south. The address gives owners and short-stay guests a walkable base in Miami's densest urban core without forcing a car for daily errands. Residences at ORA arrive with 10-foot ceilings, floor-to-ceiling impact glass, Italian-designed kitchens with high-end appliance packages, imported bath fixtures, smart-home pre-wiring, walk-in closets, and in-unit washer and dryers. Four Casa Tua food and beverage concepts anchor the tower: Terra, a 24-hour gourmet market and bakery; Uva, a wine enoteca with over 500 sommelier-selected labels; Fuoco, a wood-fired restaurant; and Vento, a private dining and event venue on the rooftop. The Bosco sky garden suspended at the midpoint of the building works as a landscaped social floor, and the amenity program also includes a rooftop pool deck, a full-floor wellness center, a full-floor fitness floor, a social lounge with LED screen, virtual sports simulators, content creation rooms, private offices, a chef's kitchen, and a separate flexible-stay check-in lobby that keeps owner residents and short-stay guests on dedicated elevator banks.
