Season One Brickell is a 21-story pre-construction condominium at 1200 SW 2nd Avenue in Miami's Brickell neighborhood, developed by Habitat Group and Kazakhstan-based BI Group and designed by Kobi Karp Architecture. The mixed-use project includes 80 condo residences alongside 60 hotel rooms, 2,372 square feet of retail, and a 1,437-square-foot full-service restaurant. Residential plans cover studio through three-bedroom layouts running from 432 to 1,017 square feet, a band that includes some of the more compact entry-level pre-construction inventory in Brickell. Delivery is slated for 2028, and Season One sits within the same Habitat Group/BI Group Brickell pipeline that includes the smaller Millux Place project five blocks north. The SW 2nd Avenue address places Season One on the western Brickell parcel grid, between Brickell City Centre to the north and Simpson Park to the south. The Eighth Street and Tenth Street Metromover stations sit two blocks east along the Metromover loop, Mary Brickell Village is a five-minute walk, and the Brickell Metrorail station provides a transit link to the Miami International Airport. The Miami River is reachable in three blocks, Coconut Grove sits 10 minutes south by car, Wynwood and the Design District are each 10 minutes north, and the Rickenbacker Causeway carries residents onto Key Biscayne in about 15 minutes. The Brightline Miami station at MiamiCentral provides intercity service to Fort Lauderdale, West Palm Beach, and Orlando. Season One Brickell's amenity deck is built around the mixed-use hospitality program. Residents have access to a resort-style swimming pool, a fitness center, a rooftop bar, and a residents-only lounge, supported by the on-site restaurant and ground-floor retail. The hotel component on the lower floors provides housekeeping and front-desk services that residential owners can opt into, and the building's furnished-delivery option allows owners to switch between personal use and short-term rental placement. Pricing at Season One Brickell has positioned the project as one of the more attainable pre-construction entries on the western Brickell grid, with units smaller in size than the marquee Brickell Avenue flagships.
