St. Regis Residences Miami

The St. Regis Residences, Miami is a branded condominium tower under construction at 1809 Brickell Avenue on the Biscayne Bay waterfront in South Brickell. Related Group and Integra Investments are developing it, with architecture by Robert A.M. Stern Architects, interiors by Rockwell Group, landscape design by Enea Garden Design and Coastal Construction as general contractor. The developers broke ground in November 2024 on a tower planned at 50 stories with 152 residences, including penthouses, sky villas and two stand-alone garden villas on the bayfront grounds. Completion is targeted for 2027. Residences are marketed with private elevators and entry foyers. Excavation on the site in 2025 uncovered an Indigenous settlement and burial site estimated at about 3,500 years old, and the developers have said the work is reported to the appropriate agencies. Construction has continued. In September 2026 the Miami City Commission allowed the developers to begin applying for permits for a marina on city-owned submerged land next to the tower. The number and size of slips have not been disclosed, so treat the marina as planned rather than certain. Service is the core of the St. Regis offer. The amenity program covers more than 50,000 square feet indoors and out, with St. Regis butler service, an on-site house car, a fitness center with pilates and yoga studios, a full-size pickleball court, an indoor lap pool, a spa and holistic wellness center, the St. Regis Tea Room and a residents' restaurant led by Michelin-starred chef Fabio Trabocchi. The address sits on a quieter, lower-density stretch of Brickell Avenue south of the main Brickell core, with Key Biscayne across the Rickenbacker Causeway and Coconut Grove a short drive south.
