Echelon Delray Beach (1625 Ocean)

Echelon, also known as 1625 Ocean, is a boutique oceanfront condominium at 1625 South Ocean Boulevard in Delray Beach, on about 1.17 acres with 120 feet of beachfront. US Construction developed and built it, and Randall Stofft designed the building in a contemporary style with floor-to-ceiling windows. The building holds just 14 residences, including four penthouses, each with ocean or Intracoastal views and two private parking spaces. Amenities include a pool with a spa and cabanas, a fitness center, a clubhouse, a game and billiards room and a business center, set within landscaped grounds facing the beach. The building is on State Road A1A south of downtown Delray Beach, with Atlantic Avenue's restaurants and shops a short drive north and Boca Raton to the south. US Construction bought the site, then occupied by a 15-unit apartment building, for $12.3 million in 2020, launched sales in 2021 from about $3.9 million to $7.5 million, and completed the building in 2023.
