Beach House by Turnberry

Beach House by Turnberry (also marketed as Beach House Residences) is a planned 36-story pre-construction condominium at 2391 Sole Mia Way in North Miami, Florida 33181, inside SoLé Mia, the 184-acre master-planned community that Turnberry and LeFrak are building between Biscayne Boulevard and Biscayne Bay beside Oleta River State Park. Arquitectonica is the architect, MAED Collective designed the amenity interiors and Design Studio Boca is the landscape designer. It is Turnberry's second condominium at SoLé Mia, next to One Park Tower, the 33-story, 299-residence tower that broke ground in January 2024. The tower holds 310 residences in one-bedroom, one-bedroom-plus-den, two-bedroom, two-bedroom-plus-den and three-bedroom-plus-den layouts, with two penthouse floors on levels 35 and 36. The published floor plans run from 1,053 square feet for a one-bedroom on the typical floors to 3,016 square feet for a three-bedroom-plus-den penthouse. Typical floors have 9-foot-9-inch ceilings and penthouses exceed 11 feet. Every home is delivered finished, with oversized wraparound balconies behind glass railings, Italkraft kitchen and bath cabinetry in Sunrise or Sunset finishes, Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances, porcelain stoneware countertops and a choice of travertine, limestone or wood-look porcelain floors. The site fronts SoLé Mia's seven-acre swimmable Crystal Lagoon. Amenities planned at lagoon level include a beachfront pool and deck with private cabanas, poolside dining with summer kitchens and outdoor showers, lagoon swimming with chair and towel service, paddleboarding and beach volleyball. The eighth-floor deck adds a half-Olympic lap and leisure pool, an oversized jacuzzi, cabanas and dining areas with barbecues. Indoors are a Technogym-equipped fitness center with a yoga room, sauna and steam rooms, a dedicated spa, a wellness concierge, storage for bikes, kayaks and paddleboards, and air-conditioned storage units. Services include a porte-cochere arrival with 24-hour valet, a 24-hour concierge and lounge, a chauffeured house car, pool attendants, wellness classes and a children's program. Reservations opened in October 2026 through the project's sales team; construction has not started. Pricing, deposit terms and the completion date have not been published by the developer, so this page shows what has been confirmed and will add those details when they are released.
