VistaBlue Singer Island is a 19-story oceanfront condominium at 3730 North Ocean Drive on Singer Island in Riviera Beach, completed in 2018. Dallas-based Third Palm Capital developed it, with architecture by GliddenSpina and interiors by Steven G. The building holds 58 residences, four per floor, each opening from a private elevator lobby. Residences range from about 2,784 to 6,423 square feet, with terraces facing the Atlantic and the Intracoastal Waterway. Amenities include an elevated pool terrace and sundeck with cabanas and a spa pool, a fitness center with locker rooms and saunas, a club room, a card room, a social lounge with two bars, a boardroom and a private beach. Security includes a manned gated entry and 24-hour concierge. Singer Island is the barrier island at the northern end of Riviera Beach, with the Atlantic on one side and Lake Worth on the other, and Palm Beach Gardens and North Palm Beach a short drive across the bridges.
