VistaBlue Singer Island is a 19-story oceanfront condominium at 3730 North Ocean Drive on Singer Island, in the City of Riviera Beach. When sales launched in 2016, VistaBlue was described as Singer Island's first new condominium development since 2008. It topped off in March 2017 and was completed in 2018. This guide covers the building, the residences, what sold in 2026 and what a resale buyer should check.

Residences and sizes
Four residences share each floor, so every home is a corner or end plan with its own elevator lobby secured by a card reader. Brokerage materials label the four lines A, B, C and D. The developer published a range of 2,784 to 6,423 square feet, which appears to include terraces; MLS living areas for typical floors are smaller.
| Residence type | Sizes |
|---|---|
| Three-bedroom (typical floors) | About 2,690 to 3,720 sq ft in MLS records |
| Four-bedroom | About 3,645 sq ft in a 2026 MLS sale |
| Penthouses | About 6,242 and 6,423 sq ft, as marketed in 2016 |
Most resales are three-bedroom plans, several with a den. The developer's finish package included:
- Poggenpohl custom kitchen cabinetry and Miele appliances, with Sub-Zero refrigeration noted in listings
- Imported porcelain tile floors
- Floor-to-ceiling windows opening onto wraparound terraces
- 10-foot ceilings, 12 feet in the penthouses
Interiors by Steven G. designed the furnished models; at least one former model, residence 5C, was listed in October 2026 after a 2026 refresh. Lines face differently: listings describe direct oceanfront views from some lines and northwest views over the Intracoastal with partial ocean views from others, so confirm the exposure before comparing prices.
Architecture and design
GliddenSpina designed VistaBlue with four residences per floor and an elevated pool terrace facing the ocean, and Wieland built it. With four homes per floor, each residence is a corner or end plan, and only three neighbors share the floor.

Location: Singer Island
Singer Island is the barrier island at the northern end of Riviera Beach, with the Atlantic on the east and the Lake Worth Lagoon on the west. Blue Heron Boulevard connects its southern half to the mainland and PGA Boulevard reaches its northern end, so Palm Beach Gardens and North Palm Beach are a short drive. John D. MacArthur Beach State Park sits at the island's north end. Palm Beach International Airport is about 8 miles away, within 20 minutes by car in normal traffic.
Most of Singer Island's oceanfront condominiums predate VistaBlue; when it launched in 2016 it was the island's first new condominium development since 2008. That age gap is the main reason buyers compare it with newer Intracoastal buildings on the mainland as much as with its oceanfront neighbors. The island falls under the City of Riviera Beach for taxes and services. You can browse other buildings in the area on our Riviera Beach and Singer Island page.

Prices, recent sales and carrying costs
Closed sales in 2026: MLS records show four closings from May to October 2026:
| Residence | Closed | Size | Price | Per sq ft |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 10B, four-bedroom | May 2026 | About 3,645 sq ft | $4.835 million | About $1,326 |
| 17C, three-bedroom | July 2026 | About 3,029 sq ft | $2.8 million | About $924 |
| 17D, three-bedroom | July 2026 | About 2,686 sq ft | $2.85 million | About $1,061 |
| 9D, three-bedroom | October 2026 | About 2,686 sq ft | $2.6 million | About $968 |
Each sold below its last asking price, by about 4 to 14 percent, and the 9D residence took about a year to sell. Brokerage data covering the year to October 2026 counts five sales averaging about 92 percent of asking price and about 194 days on the market. Buyers have room to negotiate, and asking prices alone overstate the market.
Active listings, October 2026: two residences for sale, asking $2.499 million for the 3,029 sq ft former model 5C and $2.775 million for 12C (about $825 and $966 per square foot). One three-bedroom was listed for rent at $20,000 a month.
Association fees: current listings show fees of about $3,950 to $4,100 a month for three-bedroom residences, or about $1.35 to $1.38 per square foot, with brokerage pages reporting a range from about $3,440. Ask for the current budget and reserve schedule.
How VistaBlue compares nearby
| Building | Location | Delivered | Residences | Setting |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| VistaBlue | Singer Island | 2018 | 58 | 19-story oceanfront tower, four per floor |
| Nautilus 220 | Lake Park | 2025-2026 | 330 | Two 24-story towers on a public marina, across the lagoon |
| Water Club | North Palm Beach | 2016 and 2020 | About 180 in three towers | Gated Intracoastal campus with private beach and marina |
| Azure | Palm Beach Gardens | 2016 and 2018 | About 101 | Two five-story buildings around a marina |
VistaBlue is the only direct-oceanfront building in this group. Its 2026 resales of about $924 to $1,061 per square foot for three-bedrooms are close to Water Club's 2026 median of about $1,035 and Nautilus 220's about $984, so in this small 2026 sample the ocean frontage did not carry a large per-square-foot premium over those Intracoastal buildings. Buyers who want a gate, a marina and more amenities should compare Water Club; buyers who want a larger residence near Juno Beach should compare Azure.
What to check before you buy
- Exposure and line. The A, B, C and D lines face differently. Confirm whether the residence is direct oceanfront or looks northwest over the Intracoastal with partial ocean views, and price accordingly.
- Leasing rules. A recent listing records that leases are allowed with restrictions, including an interview and tenant approval. Get the declaration and rules for minimum lease terms and approval timing before planning to rent.
- Pets. Brokerage materials report that pets are allowed with limits on number and size. Confirm the current rules.
- Structural integrity reserve study. Florida requires a SIRS at least every ten years for condominium buildings of three or more habitable stories. Ask for the SIRS, the reserve funding plan and any special assessments. Our milestone inspection and SIRS guide explains the requirements.
- Insurance. Oceanfront buildings carry higher wind and flood exposure. Ask how the master policy is priced in the budget and get an HO-6 quote on the residence.
- Furnishings. Several resales are offered furnished, including former models; agree on the inventory in the contract.
