The Shore Club Private Collection is the full reimagining of the legendary Shore Club site at 1901 Collins Avenue, transforming three oceanfront acres in the Art Deco Historic District into a private resort with 49 ultra-luxury residences and a 75-key Auberge Resorts Collection hotel. Witkoff and Monroe Capital are developing the project, with Robert A.M. Stern Architects designing both the architecture and the residential interiors in the firm's first-ever oceanfront commission anywhere in the world. The Shore Club program spans a new approximately 20-story tower, the restored Cromwell House on the historic site, and a standalone beachfront house of roughly 6,000 square feet with its own rooftop pool. The Shore Club Private Collection completed its concrete foundation pour in November 2025 with Coastal Construction as builder, and the rebuilt Shore Club is set to open in 2027. The Shore Club at 1901 Collins Avenue sits between the Faena District at the northern tip of South Beach and the Lincoln Road and Lummus Park strip to the south, with the Soho Beach House and the Standard Hotel on Belle Isle within a short drive. Owners can walk to Ocean Drive's Art Deco hotels, the Bass Museum, and the New World Symphony, while Joe's Stone Crab and the SoFi (South of Fifth) restaurants are a quick ride south. The Shore Club's predecessor, the Morris Lapidus-era hotel and the Skybar courtyard, defined the early 2000s Miami Beach hotel scene, and the new Shore Club Private Collection rebuilds around that history with a gated three-acre footprint that is rare for South Beach. The 49 Shore Club Private residences run from two to six bedrooms, with floor plans from approximately 1,900 to over 10,500 square feet. Pricing starts from $6 million, tower penthouses begin at $35 million, and the flagship penthouse is priced near $120 million. Direct-entry elevators, dedicated service entries, and Robert A.M. Stern's yacht-inspired interiors with dune, coral, and sky palettes define the residences. Amenities include Auberge-managed restaurants and bars, multiple oceanfront pools, a full-service spa, fitness center, residents-only entrance, 24-hour concierge, and direct beach service.
