Shore Club Private Collection

The Shore Club Private Collection is the redevelopment of the Shore Club site at 1901 Collins Avenue, a roughly three-acre oceanfront property in South Beach. Witkoff and Monroe Capital are developing it, and it pairs 49 private residences with a resort hotel managed by Auberge Resorts Collection. Robert A.M. Stern Architects (RAMSA) designed the architecture and the residential interiors. Kobi Karp Architecture and Interior Design is collaborating on the project, and Bryan O'Sullivan Studio is designing the hotel interiors. The residences are spread across three buildings: a new 20-story oceanfront tower, the restored Cromwell House (an Art Deco building from 1939), and a single-family beach house designed by RAMSA with its own entrance and pool. The interiors draw on classic yachts, with mahogany and oak, nickel and brass details, curved walls and arched windows. Floor plans in the tower are not repeated from one residence to the next. The project is under construction. Coastal Construction completed the tower's concrete foundation pour in November 2025, and the residences and resort are scheduled to open together in 2027. Prices started at about $6 million when sales launched. In March 2024, a penthouse of about 10,500 square feet, with roughly 7,500 square feet of terraces and a rooftop pool, was reported to be in contract for more than $120 million. That would be a Miami-Dade condo record if it closes. Residents get their own fitness center, library, lounge and residents-only pool. They can also use the hotel's signature restaurant, cafe and bar, the Auberge spa, the beach club and direct beach access.
