Indian Creek Residences & Yacht Club is a boutique waterfront condominium at 9110 West Bay Harbor Drive in Bay Harbor Islands, with just nine residences overlooking Indian Creek Island and the Indian Creek Country Club. Landau Properties is the developer, Kobi Karp designed the eight-story building and Zarifi Design created the interiors. A curved, nautical-inspired facade draws on the island's mid-century modern heritage and the yachts that pass along Indian Creek. The project broke ground in February 2024 and topped out in February 2025. Landau Properties announced in November 2025 that every residence had sold before completion, with an average price above $1,900 per square foot. A penthouse sold for $12 million, a record for Bay Harbor Islands. As of October 2026, MLS records still describe the building as under construction and no closed sales have been recorded. The developer has not published a current completion date. The residences are half-floor and full-floor homes with three to five bedrooms each. Floor-to-ceiling windows frame the water views, and each home has a private terrace, a wine feature wall and bespoke finishes. The building's signature amenity is a private yacht club and marina with six slips and a dockmaster concierge. Residents also get a spa with treatment rooms, a fitness center, an outdoor yoga lawn and The Parlour, a lounge with a wet bar, a coffee station and high-fidelity audio. A 2,600-square-foot landscaped rooftop terrace adds a pool, a dining area and an outdoor cinema. A full-time doorman, a resident concierge and private parking round out the services. Because the developer's inventory is sold out, future opportunities here will come from owner resales, and with only nine homes they will be rare.
