Palm Tree Residences Miami is a planned 37-story tower at 1018 N Miami Avenue, also addressed as 31 NW 10th Street, in Park West, the entertainment district on the north edge of Downtown Miami. It is the first residential project branded by Palm Tree Crew, the festival and hospitality company founded by the DJ Kygo and Myles Shear. Developed by PMG, Lion Development Group, EDEN Residential and Sterling Equities and designed by Kobi Karp, it holds 483 fully furnished and finished residences, from junior suites to three-bedrooms, with no minimum rental restrictions, so owners can rent nightly. Sales launched in June 2026 at $500,000 to $1.8 million, and delivery is targeted for 2030. The site is in the block of Park West where E11EVEN, Club Space and the district's nightlife sit, two blocks from Miami Worldcenter and a short walk to the MiamiCentral Brightline station, the Kaseya Center and Bayfront Park. It joins a cluster of furnished, short-term-rental towers in the same few blocks by the same PMG and Lion team, including West Eleventh. More than 57,000 square feet of amenities run across three levels: the Palm Tree Club, a ground-floor dining and nightlife venue with live programming; a rooftop beach club with an infinity-edge pool and hot tub; indoor and outdoor lounges and bars; a double padel court; a Technogym fitness center with a climbing wall; a wellness center with treatment rooms, cold plunge, saunas and steam; a yoga studio; a juice bar; a golf simulator; and 24-hour concierge and valet. Owners get priority access and preferred ticketing to Palm Tree Crew events worldwide and weekday dining privileges at the club. Kitchens are by Italkraft with Miele appliances and Waterworks fixtures, and every residence has a washer and dryer.
