Riva Residenze

Riva Residenze is a pre-construction condo tower at 3019 Harbor Drive in Fort Lauderdale, on the Intracoastal Waterway a short walk from Fort Lauderdale Beach. Branded by Italian yacht builder Riva and billed at launch as the world's first yacht-branded residential tower, it was announced by WellDuo, Vertical Developments and GCF Development; the condominium's legal developer is Ocean Harbor Properties, LLC. Arquitectonica designed the building, and yacht designer Giuseppina Arena is handling the interiors. The project was first filed with the city as Ocean Harbor. The plan calls for 36 residences on 20 floors, in a tower about 240 feet tall. Layouts range from two to six bedrooms, starting around 2,000 square feet, and two penthouses each exceed 8,000 square feet. Residences are planned with private elevator foyers, floor-to-ceiling windows, large terraces, Italian-designed kitchens and spa-style primary baths. Launch pricing started at $3.5 million. The site has about 200 feet of waterfront, and the building includes a private marina with six slips for yachts up to 65 feet plus an arrival and departure dock. More than 20,000 square feet of amenities are spread across three floors. They include a TechnoGym fitness center, a wellness area with heated hydrotherapy pools, steam room, sauna and treatment lounge, and a 75-foot lap pool with cabanas. At the top of the tower, a Sky Deck pool takes its cue from the beach deck of the Riva 54 Metri yacht, next to a 3,400-square-foot Sky Lounge with a kitchen, cinema, library and golf simulator. A waterfront deck and surf room serve residents who boat or paddle. GCF bought the site in 2022, and the project won city approval in January 2024. Riva Residenze launched sales at the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show in October 2024 and began converting reservations to contracts in August 2025.
