Sereno Fort Lauderdale

Sereno Fort Lauderdale is a pre-construction condo tower at 2901 NE 9th Court in Fort Lauderdale, just south of Hugh Taylor Birch State Park and a short walk from Fort Lauderdale Beach. Integra Investments is developing it with Flying Point. FSMY Architects + Planners designed the 14-story building, 1508 London is handling the interiors and Design Studio Boca the landscape. The project was previously planned as Ocean Park Residences. Sales launched in March 2025 for 76 one- to three-bedroom residences of about 1,080 to 2,400 square feet, with pricing from $1.4 million. The plan has since changed. In May 2026 the City Commission approved an amendment that raises the condo count to 88 and adds 113 hotel rooms, 1,800 square feet of commercial space and a four-story garage with 200 parking spaces. The revised filing describes studio to three-bedroom homes of 372 to 1,252 square feet. Residences were introduced with semi-private elevators, floor-to-ceiling windows, wraparound terraces, Italian kitchens with Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances and spa-style baths. The launch program spread amenities across two rooftops: one with a resort-style pool, sundeck and summer kitchen, and a wellness rooftop with a pickleball court, Technogym fitness studio, yoga lawn, steam room, infrared sauna and cold plunge. Other plans include a resident lounge, children's playroom, pet spa, app-based valet and EV charging. Under the revised plan, residents keep a pool on the tower roof and hotel guests use a separate pool atop the garage. Integra and Flying Point bought the site in 2021 and first won approval in 2022 for a smaller hotel and condo pair before switching to an all-condo tower. No groundbreaking or construction loan has been reported, and no completion date has been published for the revised plan.
